BrandMint Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or reliance on information provided on this website. Marketing results, including but not limited to ROAS, leads, or conversions, are indicative and subject to market conditions beyond the Agency's control. The Agency's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the preceding 3 months.
